Swansea City have confirmed the six independent representatives elected to the club’s first Supporter Advisory Board after verifying the ballots. Supporter groups also represented

The elected representatives will join representatives from Swansea City Supporters’ Trust, Swansea City Disabled Supporters’ Association and Swansea City Supporters’ Group. The club says the remaining three group spaces will stay vacant for the first board. Its announcement does not specify how many delegates each group will send, so the six elected people and three participating groups should not be read as a confirmed total membership.

From ballot to representation

The result moves the inaugural board beyond the candidate and voting stage covered in our original report. The voting instructions in that report have been replaced here with the confirmed outcome. Swansea’s announcement lists the successful candidates and participating groups, but does not give a turnout, individual vote totals or a first meeting date. Readers can use the club’s announcement to see the representatives’ statements and links to the supporter organisations.
